Position Details

• Role: Veterinary Receptionist
• Status: Full-time
• Salary: $19–$22 per hour
• Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am- 6pm

Hazel Ridge Veterinary Clinic is looking for a Veterinary Receptionist. Our customer service representatives are highly valued for their role in our daily operations. We are a small, friendly clinic emphasizing patient and client care. Our team enjoys scheduling that supports a proper work-life balance with 5-day work weeks (or part-time at 3 or 4 days), no night shifts, no weekends, no holidays, and no on-call or after-hour emergencies. Duties include:

• Greet clients and pets, answer multi-line phones, and provide friendly, professional customer service.
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently for doctors, grooming, boarding, and daycare.
• Create invoices, process payments, explain charges, and handle estimates accurately.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records and ensure confidentiality.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs, relay messages, coordinate patient flow, and maintain a clean reception area.

The salary range for this role is $19- $22 per hr and is based on experience.
